Playground Too warrants to the purchasor that any item purchased from us will be free from defects in workmanship and material for one year from the date of shipping.  This warranty does not include wear and tear, abuse, or use other than originally intended.  If one of our parts fails to meet its requirements under this warranty Playground Too will replace or repair the item, at our descretion.  Shipping charges for the return will be the responsibility of the purchasor, Playground Too will pay the shipping for the replacement item.

In the first thirty days from shipping, if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund.  Playground Too will refund to you the shipping charges for your original purchase, but the purchasor must pay the return shipping.

After the thirty day period Playground Too will be responsible only for the replacement of the item as outlined in the warranty.  This is the purchasor's only warranty.  No IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WILL APPLY.
